Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at our Columbus location. You will handle parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide directions and local information to guests during arrival and departure.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 month of related experience or training. A strong customer-service mindset and basic math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
• Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
• Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
• Perform parallel parking

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage when needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and local information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; manage keys, claim checks, and tickets.
• Support guests during arrival and departure and ensure a positive experience.
