Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in San Antonio to provide exceptional hospitality, park and retrieve guest vehicles, and assist with luggage during arrival and departure.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, offering directions, managing tickets and receipts, and performing bell services as needed. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required, with at least one month of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One month related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Basic math for handling cash and tickets.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with directions and inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates, issue claim checks, and manage tickets.
• Maintain proper records for vehicles, receipts, and folios.
