- Ability to read and write in English; basic math and cash handling.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and acknowledge them within five feet.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
- Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local attractions.
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests on arrival.
- Complete ticket information, guest folios, and vehicle location records accurately.
