Job summary

LBA Hospitality seeks a courteous Valet/Desktop Attendant in San Antonio, TX. The role greets guests, assists with luggage, and helps with parking and retrieving vehicles while maintaining safety and security of parking areas.

Responsibilities include opening doors, directing guests, logging vehicle information, and ensuring a smooth flow of traffic. Candidates should have a valid driver's license and a clean MVR; previous valet experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• MVR check will be routinely conducted.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous driving and valet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open hotel main doors and assist guests entering and leaving the property.
• Assist guests with opening/closing vehicle doors.
• Welcome guests with appropriate greetings of the day.
• Acknowledge and greet guests within 25 to 30 seconds and provide professional, fast and friendly service.
• Tag guest vehicle keys with date, time, registration number, make/model, room number or guest contact number.
• Provide correct receipt of valet parking to the guest.
• Verify receipt with the key attached to the vehicle before handing over keys.
• Open and close parking area or facility as needed.
• Monitor and direct vehicle traffic on property to ensure safety and smooth flow.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to supervisor.
