Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a full-time Guest Services Associate to greet visitors, process payments, and help maintain a safe and orderly lobby and parking area during a 9:30am–6:00pm schedule.

Responsibilities include cash handling, completing forms, driving a golf cart, and adhering to safety standards while delivering compassionate, professional service to patients and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Ability to drive manual transmission.
• Clean driving record for five years.
• Math skills preferred.
• Level I Qualified Spanish Bilingual Staff (QBS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a helpful and caring attitude.
• Maintains a clear and safe area for pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
• Completes all forms and documents correctly.
• Collects payments and secures cash and keys as required.
• Completes in a timely manner all Medical Center training requirements.
• Drives golf cart as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
