Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a full-time Parking Attendant in Winston-Salem, NC. You will greet guests, guide vehicles, and maintain safe parking areas while processing payments with accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to stand for long periods. 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm, with pay ranging from $18.85 to $28.30 per hour.

  • Greet guests with a helpful and caring attitude.

  • Collect payments and secure cash and keys as required.
  • Complete all forms and documents accurately.
  • Drive golf cart as requested and assist with directions.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

Pay Range

$18.85 - $28.30

Education/Experience

High school graduate or GED equivalent. Ability to drive manual transmission. Clean driving record for five years. Mathematical skills preferred. Level I Qualified Spanish Bilingual Staff (QBS) preferred.

License/Certification

Valid applicable state driver's license with no restrictions.

Essential Functions
  • Adheres to the Medical Center standards to promote a cooperative work environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships and team building.
  • Responsible for greeting guests with a helpful and caring attitude.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clear and safe area for pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
  • Completes all forms and documents correctly.
  • Collects payments and secures cash and keys if required.
  • Completes in a timely manner all Medical Center and Department training requirements.
  • Drives golf cart as requested.
  • Performs other duties as requested by management.
