Job summary

AHC Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to greet guests in the valet and main lobbies, assist with luggage, and park vehicles while maintaining a professional demeanor. The role emphasizes hospitality and proactive guest engagement.

This full-time position requires weekend availability and offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision, discounted downtown parking, free employee meals, DailyPay, and additional hotel/restaurant discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Must be able to run, walk, and stand for upwards of 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests entering the valet motor lobby and main lobby.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by caring for luggage/items and parking guest vehicles.
• Unload, deliver, or load luggage with a professional attitude at all times.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and use the guest's name when greeting and departing.
• Provide clear directions and engaging orientation of the hotel and surrounding area.
• Coordinate with valets, doorman, and other departments for timely, flawless service.
• Complete daily shift tasks and communicate information to the next shift.
