Job summary

Colonial Parking, Inc. is seeking a professional valet attendant to park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and promptly while assisting guests in and out of their cars.

You will uphold our standards of service, greet customers, and maintain the valet stand in a clean, orderly condition. Responsibilities include verifying supplies, issuing tickets, guiding traffic on the drive, handling luggage and items, completing shift documentation, and reporting issues to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive standard or automatic transmission.
• Professional, friendly demeanor and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve customers’ vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist customers in and out of vehicles and help with luggage.
• Maintain a clean, orderly valet stand and monitor drive traffic.
• Complete end-of-shift documentation and transfer keys.
• Provide friendly service and resolve customer questions.
