Job summary

Parking Management Company invites applications for a Hospitality Valet Attendant in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will greet guests warmly, park and retrieve vehicles safely, and contribute to a high-touch hospitality experience across luxury hotels, resorts, and events.

You will also perform inspections, maintain cleanliness, follow attendance policies, and collaborate with team members to ensure flawless service and guest satisfaction while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Customer service experience preferred; customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this role, along with maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period.
• No special certifications are necessary for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient valet services and guest greeting.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles while maintaining safety.
• Inspect vehicle damage and document parking locations.
• Adhere to attendance, clocking in/out, and reporting tips.
• Keep valet areas clean and presentable.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and teamwork.
