Job summary

Colonial Parking is seeking a valet attendant in Bethesda, MD. You will park and retrieve customer vehicles safely while helping customers in and out of their cars and assisting with luggage as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean valet area, delivering friendly service, handling tickets, and reporting any issues to management. A valid driver's license and at least a year's related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve customers’ vehicles safely and timely.
• Assist customers and passengers in and out of vehicles, including helping with luggage and personal items.
• Maintain a clean, orderly valet stand and drive at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service with greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking customers on exit.
• Complete end-of-shift documentation and transfer vehicle keys and tickets to the next shift.
