Parking Management Company is hiring a Valet Attendant to deliver courteous, professional valet service and ensure the safe handling of guest vehicles. You will greet guests, assist with drop-off and retrieval, and maintain a welcoming environment while following all safety and operational procedures.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, proper key handling, attendance and timekeeping, and teamwork to provide a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; customer service attitude and helpful demeanor are mandatory.
• Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation; clean driving record.
• Hospitality, Customer Service and Communication: Provide exceptional guest service with professional communication.
• Organizational Support and Adaptability: Follow policies; adapt to changing environments; manage competing demands.
• Dependability and Safety: Follow instructions; maintain schedules; adhere to safety procedures.
• Physical Demands and Work Environment: Stand/walk and lift up to 50 lbs; flexible to nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle inspections and documenting parking locations on tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while following safety protocols.
• Maintain attendance, timekeeping, and reporting tips per policy.
• Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Provide professional guest service, resolve issues, and support teamwork.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training on time.
