Job summary

National Harbor, Maryland-based MGM Resorts is seeking a Valet Attendant to warmly greet guests and provide courteous valet parking service. You will park and retrieve a variety of vehicles and ensure guests start their visit with a VIP experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with prior valet experience preferred, capable of operating automatic and manual transmissions, and able to work weekends and holidays. Starting rate is $13.16 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior valet attendant experience preferred.
• Able to operate automatic and manual transmissions.
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests warmly at the Valet Entrance and provide courteous, efficient parking services.
• Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve guest vehicles upon departure.
• Assist guests requiring special assistance and aid.
• Report issues to security or supervisor to avoid traffic delays.
• Manage vehicle flow to minimize congestion at the valet entrance.
• Answer questions about hotel, restaurants, events, and attractions.
• Refer complex issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Report thefts or missing items to security for investigation.
• Assist bell staff with luggage as needed.
