Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR.
• Able to read, write, and understand workplace language.
• Basic computer and software navigation skills.
• Capable of developing professional guest relationships and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm welcome and assistance.
• Safely drive, park, and return guests' vehicles following regulations.
• Keep front lobby and entrances clean and presentable.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to guests.
• Oversee luggage handling and bell service with care.
• Provide directions and assist with guest requests as needed.
