Job summary

New Waterloo is hiring a bar team member in Cincinnati. You will greet guests, help with opening/closing duties, assist with restocking, and maintain glassware cleanliness. You’ll ensure safety and proper alcohol service while supporting the bar team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• State-issued food handling + beverage certifications as required.
• At least 6+ months of related hospitality experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to speak effectively before guests and groups.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience; assist bar team with opening/closing duties.
• Assist with restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• Wash and sterilize glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe bar area and proper storage of bottles and glassware.
• Monitor guest age requirements and promote beverage safety.
