Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising Bell/Valet Services and train staff.
• Conduct daily standup meetings with the team.
• Coordinate scheduling with Front Office leadership.
• Communicate parking statuses to hotel leadership.
• Ensure guest car key control policies are followed.
• Welcome arriving guests courteously.
• Transport luggage to/from guest rooms.
• Tag and store luggage per guest request.
• Direct guests to appropriate hotel staff for questions.
• Write and report auto accident reports.
• Promote hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Respond to guest complaints with service recovery.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure service quality.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
• Perform other duties as requested.
