Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold safety and quality in food preparation and service while training the restaurant crew. The role involves maintaining a clean line, monitoring line equipment, and ensuring policies are followed to deliver a positive guest experience.

You will support food safety, resolve incidents, manage crew breaks and schedules, and contribute to staff development.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized line and ensure properly functioning equipment.
• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served and assist with food safety practices.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and help develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office tasks such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
