Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader for our Minnesota restaurant. You will ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience while leading a well-trained crew. The role requires hands-on leadership on the line, supervising breaks, shifts, and training new front-of-house staff.

You will also support admin tasks and maintain inventory and supplies. The position emphasizes food safety, excellent service, and crew development as we strive to deliver Chipotle’s Food

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience and ensure safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and equipment functional.
• Supervise crew, monitor breaks and shift changes, and train/front-line staff.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Support office administration and handle banking and cash policies.
