Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. The role keeps a clean, organized line and trains the restaurant crew, while supporting admin tasks and cash handling. Strong communication and a high school diploma are expected.

You will be on your feet, supervising breaks, shifts, and line schedules, and you will help develop future Service Leaders as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Food safety knowledge and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served and food safety policies followed.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with functioning equipment.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and training.
• Support office administration tasks including banking and cash handling.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are stocked and working.
