Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety programs.
• Monitor line timing, glove changes and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Resolve customer incidents and foster positive experiences.
• Manage crew breaks, shifts, meetings and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew members.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Support office administration duties and maintain supplies.
