Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Customer-facing experience in hospitality, marketing, or sales preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Teams.
• Background and drug screening may be required per state/local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and accompany guests during property tours with high-quality service.
• Provide factual information about the resort and amenities.
• Fulfill requests for maps, locations, and property details.
• Support brand image through professional appearance and behavior.
• Establish rapport to enhance the guest experience.
• Direct ownership questions to a licensed sales executive or team leader.
• Provide tours of Sales Gallery, Property, and Model.
• Explain features, advantages, and benefits of the product.
• Follow the Consultative Process with owners and guests.
• Prepare for daily appointments and review tour details.
