Qualifications

• Experience in managing food and beverage operations, including staff hiring and training.

• Ability to manage money, process invoices, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, delegate, lead and manage staff.
• Hire full-time and part-time employees.
• Foster a team atmosphere with room for growth.
• Perform daily cash-outs.
• Manage food and beverage orders, receiving, storage and cost controls.
• Weekly inventory of kitchen and floor items.
• Coordinate flexible staff scheduling.
• Process invoices weekly and reconcile GL accounts.
