Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a Technical Services Manager/Facility Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards, all to enhance guest experience and business results.

You will develop and lead a 3-6 person hourly team, maintain and repair all facility equipment, and respond to trouble calls, while delivering hands-on training and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in building maintenance; bowling/pinsetters knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to move 250 lbs. equipment, climb ladders, and maintain facility machines.
• Strong leadership and effective written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading a team of 3-6 hourly members to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facility equipment.
• Performing scheduled maintenance and responding to trouble calls.
• Providing hands-on training to technicians and ensuring positive guest experiences.
