Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards, driving strong business results and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in restaurant/hospitality, proven COGS and labor management skills, and a track record of building a high-performing team in fast-paced environments. The role requires weekend/night/holiday availability and comfort in a noisy setting.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest’s expectations.
• Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions.
• Interacting with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development.
