Job summary

Dave & Buster's is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment setting, guiding teams to deliver a memorable guest experience.

You will analyze financials, plan staffing, control costs, ensure training and safety standards, and partner with the General Manager to drive revenue while maintaining exceptional service and entertainment experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Strong business acumen and cost control skills.
• Ability to lead a team to deliver a memorable guest experience.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive employee relations and delegates managerial duties to maintain high morale.
• Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control costs to meet budgets.
