Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member in Prince Frederick, MD. The role supports guests with a smile, manages transactions, restocks shelves, and maintains a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of retail service experience (preferred), and flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends. Authorized to work in the U.S. and 18+yrs, with background and drug screening completion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep things stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a pristine store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle cash with care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.
