Job summary

Dash In, part of the Wills Group family, is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member for Wilmington, DE. This role offers full-time or part-time hours, with hourly pay ranging from $15.50 to $18.00, plus a $1/hr overnight differential.

Candidates should enjoy high-quality guest service in a fast-paced, 24/7 retail environment. Ideal applicants have a high school diploma or GED, retail experience, and the ability to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail customer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service: assist guests with a smile, process transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked and organized for accessibility.
• Maintain a pristine store: sweep, mop, clean interior and exterior areas including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the team: cashiering to porter services to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle cash with care following company policies.

• Keep Things Stocked:Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store:Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team:Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care:Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days , nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
