Job summary

Dash In in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to deliver outstanding service, manage transactions, and keep the store clean and stocked. You will assist guests, process payments, restock shelves, and maintain a welcoming environment.

The role supports a team‑oriented store culture with opportunities to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, and benefits such as PTO, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or completion of our GED program.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive Dash In image.
• Restock shelves and displays to keep products accessible.
• Sweep, mop, and clean interior/exterior areas including restrooms and parking lots.
• Support team with cashiering and porter tasks to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle cash following company policies and record transactions accurately.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company‑paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech‑savviness, including familiarity with POS software
