Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member in Maryland to provide friendly service, manage transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store in a fast-paced, 24/7 setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of retail customer service experience, and flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends. Background checks and a company-paid GED option are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.
