Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to join our team in La Plata, MD. This role delivers outstanding service to guests, handles transactions accurately, restocks shelves, and keeps the store clean and welcoming.

We offer part-time or full-time schedules, with a pay rate of $15.50–$18.00 per hour plus a $1/hr overnight premium. Dash In is part of the Wills Group family and provides benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; able to complete GED program.
• 1 year of retail customer service experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States; 18+; background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to guests with a smile and accurate cash handling.
• Restock shelves and keep displays organized and accessible.
• Maintain a clean store interior and exterior, including restrooms and parking areas.
• Support the team across cashiering and porter tasks as needed.
• Follow cash handling policies and proper recording procedures.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked :Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store :Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team :Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care :Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days , nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
