Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a Team Member to support Service, Sandwich Line, and Production in a fast-paced restaurant in Oklahoma.Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, operating POS, preparing food and beverages, ensuring quality, and maintaining cleanliness.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude, with opportunities for advancement and flexible schedules. Training and safety standards are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to follow verbal & written directions and work as part of a team.
• Cash handling and making change accurately, if applicable.
• Must have or be willing to obtain required food handler’s certification for respective state/local area, if applicable.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Accurately take orders and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems; assist guests with kiosks as needed.
• Ensure that guests' needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Serve & prepare food and beverages according to standards.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a polite and professional manner.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and positive energy.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and restock as needed.
• Follow food safety standards and sanitize as required.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations and multi-task effectively.
• Attend team meetings and complete training.
