Responsibilities

• Offer every guest, on every visit, a superb experience that creates a lasting memory and greet guests as they enter.
• Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area per CSC standards.
• Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of all products and ingredients.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly; restock as needed.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
• Attend all scheduled meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
• Report problems promptly to the supervisor.
• Complete related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure promotions and marketing plans are presented during the morning shift.
