Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a Team Member to greet guests, support fellow team members, and maintain a clean, safe work area while ensuring high-quality food and service. You will assist with service, sandwich line, and production duties, while completing CSC training and upholding our culture and brand standards.

Ideal candidates are reliable, communicate well, multitask, and commit to consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and professional communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality; reliability.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a superb guest experience during shifts.
• Assist teammates and maintain a clean, safe work area per CSC standards.
• Monitor product quality, safety, and appearance.
• Take and fulfill guest orders, operate POS, and handle payments.
• Restock items and assist with opening/closing duties as assigned.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and uniform standards; participate in meetings.
