Chicken Salad Chick - 02 is seeking a Team Member to work with guests and fellow teammates, spanning Service, Sandwich Line, and Production. You will complete training through Chicken Salad Chick University (CSCU) to execute duties precisely and uphold our 10 non-negotiables and culture.

The role emphasizes greeting guests, delivering fast, friendly service, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while supporting daily operations and promotions during shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food/beverage orders, expediting orders and assisting with dining room service.
• Properly operate POS system for taking all types of guest orders and processing payments.
• Restock work area, keep dining and service areas clean, and maintain safe sanitation standards.
• Support and assist fellow team members, ensuring smooth service across service, line, and production areas.
• Attend scheduled meetings and follow CSC standards for quality and appearance.
