Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a Team Member (Hourly) to be the heart of our front-line operations. The role supports Service, Sandwich Line and Production while delivering an excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities include taking orders, POS operation, food preparation, and customer service with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety. Competitive hourly pay and flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and transportation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Accurately take orders and operate POS systems; assist guests with kiosks as needed.
• Ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Serve and prepare food and beverages according to standards.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and reset tables for new guests.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with training new staff as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
