Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a Team Member to work across Service, Sandwich Line, and Production to Spread Joy, Enrich Lives, and Serve Others. You will complete CSCU training and uphold our 10 Non-Negotiable Behaviors and culture during shifts.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, maintaining clean areas, stocking, and following recipes and standards across the kitchen and service areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality; reliable.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to multitask and communicate with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Offer every guest a superb experience and greet guests as they arrive.
• Support and assist team members; maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of products and ingredients.
• Restock work area; adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
• Operate POS; handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Take orders by phone; assist dining room service.
• Prepare items opening/closing prep, daily prep lists, and kitchen duties.
• Report problems to Management; attend meetings and suggest improvements.
