Chicken Salad Chick is hiring a Team Member (Hourly) to support Service, Sandwich Line, and Production roles. You will greet guests, take orders, operate POS systems, assist with kiosks, and maintain cleanliness to ensure a warm dining experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling where available.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 and eligible to work.
• Experience in customer service or restaurant is a plus.
• Strong communication and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to obtain required food handler’s certification for state/local area, if applicable.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Accurately take orders and operate POS systems; assist guests with kiosks.
• Ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Serve and prepare food and beverages following standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Follow Manager in Charge instructions to ensure timely order prep.
