Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to deliver excellent customer service, prepare and serve food, and maintain clean work areas at our travel plazas. The role involves cash handling, POS transactions, and meeting brand safety standards.

Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required. This position offers opportunities to learn multiple plaza operations and advance with the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve quality food and maintain cleanliness.
• Stock and stockroom organization throughout shift.
• Maintain safe food handling, labeling, dating and temperature checks.
• Cross-sell and upsell products when appropriate.
• Keep knowledge of products and services in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, safety rules, and company policies.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
