Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, keep stations clean, and process orders at our travel plazas. You will help ensure fast, accurate transactions and a positive experience for travelers.

You will work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; operate a POS system; and assist with food safety, labeling, and basic kitchen tasks while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to read, understand instructions and policy documents; communicate with customers.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow food safety, labeling, dating, stocking and temperature controls.
• Prepare and assist with kitchen tasks including prep, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
