Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service across travel plazas. You will thoroughly clean, stock, process payments, prepare and serve food, and support daily operations to meet traveler needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Prepare and serve quality food and assist in kitchen tasks.
• Follow brand standards, safety rules, and company policies.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products as appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services in the plaza.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.
