Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to deliver friendly, attentive service to travelers at our locations. You will operate the POS, handle cash, prepare and serve foods, and help maintain clean, stocked workstations to meet guest needs.

This is a customer-facing role. Responsibilities include following brand standards, ensuring proper food handling, packing and labeling, stocking, and assisting with cross-selling.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and cash handling preferred.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS and process payments.
• Ensure proper food handling and labeling.
• Prep, wash, package, and stock food items.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
