Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 40 pounds
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist travelers
• Operate POS system and handle payments accurately
• Prepare and serve food items and maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment
• Cross-sell and upsell products and maintain product knowledge
• Follow brand standards and food safety requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
