Job summary

Dash In is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member in Pasadena, MD, to deliver outstanding guest service in a 24/7 environment. You will help guests with smiles, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming. Flexibility for days, nights, overnights, and weekends is required.

Active work authorization in the U.S. and a GED or high school diploma are expected, with background and drug screening completed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail customer service experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+.
• Ability to complete background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
