PAJCO, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to support daily store operations in Northern Kentucky. You will engage with guests, maintain product knowledge, and help ensure accurate transactions.

A collaborative team member, you will uphold safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards while delivering a positive shopping experience. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, willingness to complete our training program, and food safety certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; completion of our training program is preferred.
• Food safety certification is desired as part of the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Mission Statement: apply knowledge of the mission and core values in daily work.
• Guest Focus: maintain high guest satisfaction and acknowledge guests by name when possible.
• Product Knowledge: stay informed on product information, promotions, and ads.
• Work Ethic: support appearance standards and complete daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: manage cash handling within daily tolerances.
• Merchandising: assist with floor moves, displays, and store upkeep.
• Replenishment: help replenish stock and monitor floor inventory.
• Policies and Procedures: follow all company policies, pricing, and loss prevention.
• Sales: complete transactions accurately and encourage purchases.
• Safety: follow safety practices, report incidents, keep areas clean and safe.
• Cleanliness: maintain a welcoming, neat store environment.
