Dash In is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member for the Upper Marlboro, MD location. The role offers full-time or part-time hours with a pay rate of $15.50–$18.00 per hour, plus a $1/hr overnight premium.

• - Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• - Keep Things Stocked : Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• - Maintain a Pristine Store : Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• - Support the Team : Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• - Handle Cash with Care : Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• - High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• - 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• - Flexibility to work days , nights, overnights, and weekends
• - Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• - Successful completion of background check and drug screening

  Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

  • - Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
  • - Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
