Job summary

Dash In, part of the Wills Group family, is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member at Dash In Newark, DE. This part-time role includes nights, weekends, and holidays with a pay rate of $15.50-$18.00 per hour, plus an overnight $1/hr premium, in a 24/7 retail environment.

Responsibilities include delivering outstanding service, stocking, maintaining a pristine store, and supporting the team with cashiering and porter duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or ability to complete GED program.
• 1 year of retail customer service experience.
• Food service, line cook, or prep cook experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean interior and exterior areas including restrooms and parking lots.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience
• Food service, line cook, or prep cook experience is a plus
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
