Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete GED)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days , nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service: assist guests with a smile, handle transactions accurately, project a positive Dash In image
• Keep Things Stocked: restock shelves and displays, keep products organized and accessible
• Maintain a Pristine Store: sweep, mop, and clean interior and exterior areas including restrooms and parking lots
• Support the Team: fill in where needed from cashiering to porter services for a seamless guest experience
• Handle Cash with Care: follow company cash handling and recording policies

Role: Guest Experience Team Member Location: Dash In - Upper Marlboro, MD Status: Full-time or Part-time Pay Rate: $15.50-$18.00 per hour (+$1/hr. overnight) Join the Dash In Team as a Guest Experience Team Member!

• - Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.

What We're Looking For:

• - High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• - 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• - Flexibility to work days , nights, overnights, and weekends
• - Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• - Successful completion of background check and drug screening

  Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

  • - Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
  • - Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
