Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to bring warmth, care, and joy to every guest interaction. You will support various cafe areas, greet guests, and help prepare fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication with guests, managers, and team members in a loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties across bakery-cafe areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC).
• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency.
