Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to embody hospitality. You will greet guests, prepare fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches, and support multiple areas including cashier and drive-thru where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-friendly demeanor.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety training or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assist in assembling salads, soups, and sandwiches with care.
• Provide service across bakery-cafe areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, etc.).
• Help guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment per food safety standards.
• Follow daily priorities and adapt to changes while delivering our best.
