Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader in Wauwatosa, WI. You will lead a team, deliver on guest experience commitments, and drive loyalty while managing daily store operations.

You will schedule workloads, coach associates, monitor performance, and maintain safety and standards across shifts, including nights and holidays. High school diploma and strong communication are required.

Qualifications
