Job summary

Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader in Minnesota for a full-time, on-site role. You will lead a team, coach for guest experience excellence, and manage daily operations to meet service and sales goals.

You will train staff, monitor performance metrics, and ensure safe, compliant store operations while delivering a welcoming guest experience and supporting store leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Train and ensure team delivers on guest experience commitments and operations.
• Observe and provide feedback, coaching team to improve performance.
• Review metrics to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Lead a team of hourly team members including interviewing, developing, coaching and retaining talent.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support sales goals and guest engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and company policies.
